Description
1-(2-Aminoethyl)piperidine is used in modification of vinylbenzyl chloride/divinylbenzene gel copolymer bead and in the synthesis of linkage isomers trans-bis[1-(2-aminoethyl)piperidine]dinitronickel and trans-bis[1-(2-aminoethyl)-piperidine]dinitritonickel. It is also used as a reactant for synthesis of: analogs of anticancer agents, inhibitor of botulinum neurotoxin serotype A light chain, P. falciparum malaria, and Ebola filovirus, cannabinoid CB1 receptor antagonists, small molecules that restore E-cadherin expression and reduce invasion in colorectal carcinoma cells, potent and selective 5-HT6 antagonists and N-mustards as anticancer agents. 1-(2-Aminoethyl)piperidine on [1+1] condensation reaction with 3-methoxy salicylaldehyde yields tridentate Schiff base ligand.

1-(2-Aminoethyl)piperidin wird bei der Modifikation von Vinylbenzylchlorid/Divinylbenzol-Gel-Copolymerperlen und bei der Synthese von Verknüpfungsisomeren trans-bis[1-(2-Aminoethyl)piperidin]dinitronickel und trans-bis[1-(2-Aminoethyl)-piperidin]dinitritonickel verwendet. Es wird auch als Reaktant für die Synthese von: Analogen von krebsbekämpfenden Mitteln, Inhibitor von Botulinum-Neurotoxin-Serotyp A leichte Kette, P. falciparum Malaria und Ebola Filovirus, Cannabinoid CB1-Rezeptor-Antagonisten, kleinen Molekülen, die die E-Cadherin-Expression wiederherstellen und die Invasion in kolorektale Karzinomzellen reduzieren, starken und selektiven 5-HT6-Antagonisten und N-Senatoren als Antikrebsmittel verwendet. 1-(2-Aminoethyl)piperidin auf[1+1] Kondensationsreaktion mit 3-Methoxysalicylaldehyd ergibt dreizähnigen Schiffsbasisliganden.

Hinweise
Halten Sie den Behälter dicht verschlossen. Kühl und trocken in einem gut versiegelten Behälter lagern. Unverträglich mit Oxidationsmitteln, Säurechloriden und Säureanhydriden. Es ist luftempfindlich.
