Beschreibung
2-Methylcyclohexanone is used as a fragrant and flavoring agent. It can also be used for the preparation of a novel pladienolide analog scaffold. Also used as a solvent.

Anwendungen
2-Methylcyclohexanon wird als Duft- und Aromastoff verwendet. Es kann auch zur Herstellung eines neuartigen Gerüsts auf Basis eines Pladienolidanalogons verwendet werden. Außerdem wird es als Lösungsmittel verwendet.
Löslichkeit
Nicht in Wasser löslich Löslich in Methanol und Diethylether.
Hinweise
Stabil unter empfohlenen Lagerbedingungen. Nicht kompatibel mit Oxidationsmitteln.
