Aspartame is a synthetic and low-calorie sweetener and is used as an active ingredient in consumer foods, beverages, soft drinks, breath mints, sugar free chewing gum, cocoa mixes, frozen desserts, chewable vitamin supplements, milk drinks, cerals, pharmaceutical drugs and supplements, tabletop sweeteners and diet sodas.

AnwendungenAspartam ist ein synthetischer und kalorienarmer Süßstoff und wird als Wirkstoff in Konsumgütern, Getränken, Erfrischungsgetränken, Minzbonbons, zuckerfreiem Kaugummi, Kakaomischungen, gefrorenen Desserts, kaubaren Vitaminpräparaten, Milchgetränken, Müslis, pharmazeutischen Arzneimitteln und Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln, Süßungsmitteln und Diät-Erfrischungsgetränken verwendet.
Löslichkeit
Löslich in Ameisensäure, Dimethylsulfoxid. Kaum löslich in Wasser und Ethanol.
Hinweise
Kühl lagern. Nicht kompatibel mit starken Oxidationsmitteln.
