Beschreibung
Bromocresol purple sodium salt is used to isolate acid-producing bacteria from sauerkraut juice, and lactic bacteria is scalped by morphology and share, then morphological, physiological and biochemical interactions. It can be used as a fluorescent stain to detect yeast cells with plasma membrane damage for dead cell counts.

AnwendungenBromkresolpurpur, Natriumsalz, wird verwendet, um säureproduzierende Bakterien aus Sauerkrautsaft zu isolieren. Milchbakterien werden nach Morphologie und Anteil und anschließend nach morphologischen, physiologischen und biochemischen Wechselwirkungen getrennt. Es kann als fluoreszierende Färbemittel verwendet werden, um Hefezellen mit Plasmamembranschäden bei der Zählung toter Zellen zu erkennen.
