Das IBA GmbH™ CMV pp65 Peptid TPRVTGGGAM (HLA-B*0702) ist ein Einzel-Peptid zur Stimulation humaner CMV pp65-spezifischer CD8+-T-Zellen.

  • Die Peptid-Löslichkeit hängt von Aminosäuresequenz und Modifikationen ab. Für die Auflösung von Peptiden empfehlen wir Folgendes:
    • Ultraschallbehandlung erhöht die Löslichkeit.
    • 10% Essigsäure im Lösungsmittel erleichtert die Auflösung basischer Peptide.
    • 10 % Ammoniumbikarbonat erleichtert die Auflösung saurer Peptide.
    • Für Peptide mit extrem geringer Löslichkeit in wässrigen Lösungen sollten zuerst organische Lösungsmittel wie z. B. DMSO, Isopropanol, Methanol und Acetonitril verwendet werden. Sobald die Peptide vollständig gelöst sind, kann schrittweise solange Wasser hinzugefügt werden, bis die gewünschte Konzentration erreicht ist.
  • Produkt gemäß (EU) Nr. 1272/2008 [CLP] ist nicht als gefährlich eingestuft.
