Beschreibung
Dichloromethylphenylsilane is used as a monomer (‘building block’) in the production of silicone polymers or silicone resins. Silicone polymers may be oils, greases and rubbers. It is also used as an intermediate (starting material) in the production of other organosilicon substances. It is a bifunctional reagent for the preparation of methylphenylsilyl derivatives of diols.

AnwendungenDichlormethylphenylsilan wird als Monomer („Baustein“) bei der Herstellung von Siliziumpolymeren oder Siliziumharzen verwendet. Siliziumpolymere können Öle, Fette und Gummi sein. Es wird auch als Zwischenmaterial (Ausgangsmaterial) bei der Herstellung anderer Organo-Siliziumstoffe verwendet. Es ist ein bifunktionales Reagenz für die Herstellung von Methylphenylsilylderivaten aus Diolen.
Löslichkeit
Es reagiert mit Wasser.
Hinweise
Halten Sie den Behälter dicht verschlossen. Kühl und trocken in einem gut versiegelten Behälter lagern. Unter trockenem Inertgas lagern. Sie ist empfindlich gegenüber Feuchtigkeit. Vor Feuchtigkeit und Wasser schützen.
