Beschreibung
Protein purification reagent Triethanolamine hydrochloride serves as a protein purification reagent, an emulsifier and a surfactant. It is used in the study of chemical cross linking of chloroplast coupling factor and acts as a medium for assaying adenosine diphosphate (ADP). It acts as an organic additive in the grinding of cement clinker and as a complexing agent for aluminum ions in aqueous solutions. It is used for the neutralization of fatty acids and adjusting buffer pH as well as utilized to dissolve oils.

AnwendungenDas Proteinreinigungsreagenz Triethanolaminhydrochlorid dient als Proteinreinigungsreagenz, Emulgator und Tensid. Es wird in der Untersuchung der chemischen Vernetzung von Chloroplast-Koppelfaktoren verwendet und dient als Medium für die Bestimmung von Adenosindiphosphat (ADP). Es wirkt als organischer Zusatz bei der Vermahlung von Zementklinker und als Komplexbildner für Aluminiumionen in wässrigen Lösungen. Es wird zur Neutralisierung von Fettsäuren und zur Einstellung des Puffer-pH-Werts sowie zur Auflösung von Ölen verwendet.

Hinweise
