Description

BD Vacutainer™ Heparin Plasmaröhrchen für die klinische Chemie sind mit sprühgetrocknetem Natriumheparin- oder Lithiumheparin-Zusatzstoff erhältlich. Heparin wirkt als Antikoagulans, da es einen Antithrombin-Komplex entwickelt. Dieser Komplex hemmt Thrombin und den aktivierten Faktor X und verhindert so die Gerinnung.

  • Die optimale Antikoagulation wird durch die Verwendung von 17 IU Heparin pro ml Blut erreicht (wenn der Füllstand korrekt ist)
  • Das Heparin wird mit einem speziellen Verfahren auf die Innenwände der Röhrchen sprühgetrocknet, so dass der Zusatzstoff gleichmäßig verteilt wird, um die bestmögliche Löslichkeit zu erzielen
  • Für die klinische Chemie wird im Allgemeinen Lithiumheparin gegenüber Natriumheparin bevorzugt
  • Das richtige Mischen (8-10 Inversionen) des Röhrchens unmittelbar nach der Entnahme der Blutprobe ist äußerst wichtig, um eine Mikrogerinnung zu vermeiden
  • Zentrifugationsbedingungen: ≤1300 g 10 Minuten lang bei 18–25 °C
  • Das 10 ml-Natriumheparin-Röhrchen besteht aus Glas und verfügt über einen konventionellen Verschluss
